		<description>that was the primary risk of your plan to basically do a 26.2 mile long run in between the spring and fall to easily better your PR...the heat. and unfortunately it occured during one of the three or four days a year Seattle gets above 90. it was better to pack it in at the halfway mark rather than risk injury or worse. all just bad luck and not indicative of anything. forget about it and move on. and look on the bright side...you weren't one of those trying to qualify for boston who ended up not even being able to run the race. your real race will come in the fall...and will be much better organized and will have a much better buffet and better swag and better music and lower temperatures and...</description>
