Ahh, ye red sleeping bag. Real familiar with him. Right before entering the train yard, right?

You should have left the elevation chart turned on so we could see those massive QA hills you did.

A similar run I do is instead of turning right on the Dravus St. bridge, continue going straight and turn right towards the Emerson St. Bridge…which leads to the Ballard Bridge. Upon reaching the drawbridge area, I turn around and then come back the way I came, instead I go through the other side of that bus parking lot area next to the train yard. This leads you to the Magnolia bridge, which you cross and then come down the steps to the train tracks, cross those, and come back through Myrtle Edwards Park. I’d usually do that run on those 75-90 minute days leading up to Boston/Victoria.

Hey - that’s the guy! I’d never noticed him before…You’re right about the elevation maps - I keep forgetting about that. I’ll have to ask you about a few of those bridges. I know the Emerson bridge well from all the summer Locks long runs but I don’t know the Magnolia bridge so well. Or maybe I do? I’ve taken the Galer bridge and the pedestrian bridge over to the fishing docks…I have a whole new neighborhood to get to know!
