Where’s the peanut butter?!

I must have missed a memo because this morning I’d have sworn that it was both 2007 and that Home Depot was the biggest retailer in home improvement supplies in the country, but it appears they must think it’s cheaper to tell me to call the store and ask a human what time they close than to keep that information in a website and put it on the internet.
But since the Lowes two blocks away has a firm grasp on how to host a website in 2001 and beyond and closes at 9, it’s a pretty safe bet that I can still get a new tire for my wheelbarrow tonight. Yay!

Today David Horsey wraps up his Empire Rising series of political cartoons about the Bush presidency. Or at least he says so - I thought it was over a couple years ago and part of me wishes it had been because the last installments feel a little less inspired, but the whole thing is still worth checking out.
